Pamela’s Story

My work sits at the intersection of storytelling, ritual and care. I became an end-of-life celebrant because I saw how often families are rushed, overwhelmed, or offered limited options during one of the most significant, and often painful, moments of their lives.

Episode 1.

At moments of loss, confusion and emotional weight, many people feel unsure where to begin. Lumen & Lore exists to bring clarity and meaning to the end of life - helping families and individuals honour their person with confidence, dignity and truth.

Episode 2.

I believe farewells should be human, honest and personal - not templated or performative. My role is to guide, not take centre stage; to bring structure without rigidity; and to help families articulate what matters most when words feel hard to find.

Episode 3.

End-of-life work is a privilege. Whether you are navigating sudden loss, planning ahead, or seeking guidance during an uncertain time, my role is to walk beside you with clarity, care and respect.

I look forward to meeting you and your family.

Pamela.
